1/2 c. pancake mix
1/2 c. cornmeal
1 c. self-rising flour
1/4 c. sugar
Salt to taste
1 c. milk
1 egg

Combine the ingredients. Drop teaspoon size spoonfuls in 360 degree oil and deep fry until golden brown.
