ALMOND BALLS 
1 1/2 c. whole raw almonds
1 1/4 c. powdered sugar
1 egg white
1 1/2 tsp. almond extract

Grind almonds in blender or processor. Add remaining ingredients and mix into a stiff paste. Form balls 1/2 inch in diameter. Arrange on platter and cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate overnight.
