ALMOND BALLS 
1 can (8 oz.) almond paste
2/3 c. sifted powdered sugar
1/4 c. light corn syrup
1/2 c. blanched whole almonds
Colored sugar

Break almond paste into small pieces in small mixing bowl. Beat in sugar and syrup until well blended. Wrap 1 teaspoon of this mix around whole almond and shape into ball. Roll in colored sugar and place in candy cups. Makes about 36.
