1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. cooking oil
2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 c. powdered sugar
1 egg
1/4 tsp. salt

Mix and chill. Make balls size of marbles. Press with bottom of glass which has been dipped in granulated sugar. Bake at 350 degrees about 10 minutes. WATCH CLOSELY.
