CHICKEN DIVAN 
2 (10 oz.) pkgs. frozen broccoli
1/4 c. butter
1/4 c. plain flour
2 (10 3/4 oz.) cream of chicken soup
1 1/2 c. half & half
1/2 c. dry sherry
6 chicken breast halves, cooked, thinly sliced
1/2 c. cheddar cheese, grated
3/4 c. soft bread crumbs, buttered
Garnish - pimento slices

Cook broccoli according to package directions until just tender. Drain. Melt butter. Blend in flour. Add soup and cream, stirring until thickened. Stir in sherry, salt and pepper. Arrange broccoli in a buttered baking dish. Pour half of the sauce over the broccoli. Arrange chicken on top. Blend cheese into remaining sauce. Pour over chicken. Top with crumbs. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Broil until golden brown. Garnish. Serves 6.
