1 1/2 c. graham crackers
1/2 c. butter, melted
1 c. chopped nuts, (walnuts or pecans)
3/4 tsp. cinnamon

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In spring form pan, pat crust on bottom and sides. Set aside 1/4 cup to place on top of cake before placing into oven.

CAKE:

3 c. sour cream
1 1/2 c. sugar
5 eggs
3 (8 oz.) cream cheese, (room temp.)
1/2 tsp. salt

Mix and pour over crust. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Turn off oven and leave in 30 minutes. Cheesecake becomes solid as it cools.
