POLLY'S CHEESE CAKE | |
1 c. graham cracker crumbs 3 tbsp. sugar 1/4 c. soft butter 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese 1/2 c. sugar 2 c. Cool Whip 3/4 c. canned cherry pie filling 1 tsp. vanilla Combine crumbs, 3 tablespoons sugar and butter, mix well. Press into bottom of 8-inch pie pan. Chill 1 hour. Beat cream cheese with 1/2 cup sugar, until creamy. Blend in Cool Whip. Pour into crust. Decorate with pie filling. Chill at least 3 hours. |
