HONEY FRIED CHICKEN 
1 frying chicken, cut up
1 1/2 c. sherry, opt.
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. poultry seasoning
1 1/2 c. bread crumbs
1 1/2 c. flour
2 eggs, well beaten
1/2 c. honey
Frying oil

Marinate chicken in sherry for 45 minutes. Mix seasonings in bread crumbs. Roll chicken in flour, dip into egg, then into crumb mixture. Fry until brown. Brush with honey and bake in 350 degree oven for 30 minutes.
