4 eggs
2 c. sugar
3/4 c. Crisco
1 c. buttermilk
4 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda in 1 tbsp. vinegar
1 tsp. vanilla

Beat together eggs, sugar, Crisco until lemon colored. Add buttermilk and soda mixture. Then add flour mix into parts, add vanilla. Drop by spoonfuls on greased cookie sheet. Bake at 425 degrees about 10 minutes.
