DELICIOUS BLUEBERRY PUDDING 
2 c. blueberries
Juice of 1/2 lemon
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
3/4 c. sugar
3 tbsp. butter
1/2 c. milk
1 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1 c. sugar
1 tbsp. cornstarch
Dash of salt
1 c. boiling water

Line a well greased 8 inch square pan about 2 inches deep with blueberries, lemon and sugar mixed together.

Cream 3/4 cup sugar with butter and add milk. Sift flour, baking powder and salt together and add to the butter mixture. Spread this batter over the blueberry mixture.

Mix together the 1 cup sugar, cornstarch and salt. Sprinkle over batter and pour the cup of boiling water over top but do not stir. Bake at 375 degrees for 1 hour. Serve warm with whipped cream or ice cream. Serves 8.
