CURLY'S CORDON BLEU 
2 chicken breasts, boned with all skin intact
4 slices Monterey Jack cheese
4 slices turkey/ham meat
1 egg
Paprika

Pound each breast until as thin as possible. Place slice of turkey/ham and cheese on each half of breasts. Fold over, using round toothpicks to pin edges together, thru the skin when possible. Dip breasts in beat egg. Sprinkle both sides with paprika. Place in narrow, shallow, oval dish. Cook 5 minutes. Turn, baste with drippings, and sprinkle top with paprika. Cook 4 minutes. Serve with mushroom cheese sauce.
