LOW CAL BEEF CASSEROLE 
6 oz. cooked ground beef
1 tsp. onion
1/2 c. sliced mushrooms
2 oz. frozen peas
1/2 c. cooked carrots
1 c. French cut green beans
1 c. tomato juice
2/3 c. cooked macaroni
1/4 tsp. salt, pepper, garlic powder

Combine all ingredients in a saucepan. Cook over low heat for 20 minutes. Makes 2 servings.
