2 cans dark kidney beans
1 cans light kidney beans
2 lg. green peppers, chopped into lg. pieces
1 lg. onion, chopped into lg. pieces
3 lg. tomatoes, chopped into lg. pieces
2 c. brown sugar
1 bottle Heinz hot catsup
8 rashers of bacon

Drain and rinse beans; mix together and set aside. Put 4 slices of bacon in bottom of 9"x13" (or larger) baking pan. Put half of the beans in pan. Pour peppers, onions and tomatoes over beans, cover with remaining beans. Pack brown sugar over top, spread catsup over top and put remaining bacon slices over mixture. Cover with foil and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
