CHEESE BALL 
1/2 lb. New York sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
2 tbsp. mayonnaise
2 tbsp. milk
Dash of garlic salt
Chili powder or crushed pecans

Allow cheese to soften at room temperature. Combine Cheddar and cream cheese; mix well. Add mayonnaise, milk and garlic salt; mix until smooth. Shape into a ball on waxed paper. Cover with waxed paper and refrigerate for 2-3 hours. Before serving, roll in chili powder or pecans. Serve with crackers.
