PORCUPINE MEATBALLS 
1 lb. lean ground beef
1 c. rice, uncooked
1 med. onion, chopped
1 can cream of mushroom or tomato soup
1 egg
Salt and pepper to taste

Mix all ingredients except soup in large bowl. Form mixture into balls and place in casserole dish. Pour soup over the balls, may have to add water to soup, and cook covered in a 350 degree oven until balls are done, then cook uncovered until brown.
