BARBECUED RIBS 
3 lb. pork ribs
2 lg. onions, chopped
1 lg. pepper, chopped
1/2 c. celery, chopped
1/2 c. water
2 tbsp. vinegar
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 tbsp. brown sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 c. lemon juice
1/2 c. ketchup
1/2 c. chili sauce
Dash of paprika

Spread ribs in shallow pan and cover with foil. Bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes. Pour off grease; turn ribs and cook 30-40 minutes longer. Drain well.

Cook until soft the onion, pepper, and celery. Add the remaining ingredients and simmer for 20 minutes over low heat. Pour over ribs. Cover with foil and bake at 300 degrees for at least 1 hour. Uncover for a short time, if desired.
