LORRAINE'S FUDGE FROSTING 
1 stick butter
4 sq. Baker's unsweetened chocolate
1/3 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
2 egg whites, unbeaten
1 box confectioners' sugar, sifted

Melt butter and chocolate squares over very low heat and set aside. Blend together with mixer milk, vanilla, egg whites and confectioners' sugar until smooth. Add melted chocolate and butter and set bowl in ice and beat until desired thickness. The ice helps the frosting to set better. Spread on top of your favorite cake and enjoy.
