FROSTED FRUIT SALAD 
1 (6 oz.) pkg. cherry gelatin
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen strawberries
2 lg. bananas
1 (15 1/4 oz.) can crushed pineapple
1 c. sour cream (optional)

In large bowl, combine gelatin with 2 cups boiling water. Add frozen strawberries and set aside until thawed. In small bowl, mash bananas with pineapple until well mixed. Stir into gelatin mixture. Pour mixture into a 13x9-inch baking dish. Refrigerate until set. Spread top with sour cream before serving (optional).
