B-B-Q PORK AND WITH SAUCE 
8-16 lbs. fresh pork shoulder
1 tsp. salt
3 c. beef broth
1/4 c. vinegar (white)
1/2 c. Lee & Perrin sauce
1 c. tomato paste
1 tbsp. chili pepper
3 tbsp. paprika
1 tbsp. sage leaves, rubbed
1 1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper
1 tsp. turmeric
3 cloves garlic, crushed

Put fresh pork shoulder in gas grill on low heat and cook for 4-5 hours.

Then prepare sauce while meat is cooking. Mix all the rest of the ingredients together and simmer for 30 minutes. Baste meat the last hour with sauce, making it delicious.
