POPPIN' FRESH BARBECUE CUPS | |
1 lb. ground beef 1/2 c. BBQ sauce 1/4 c. chopped onion 1 to 2 tbsp. brown sugar 10 oz. can Hungry Jack flaky biscuits 1 c. shredded cheddar cheese (or Mozzarella cheese) In large skillet brown ground beef, drain. Stir in BBQ sauce, onion, brown sugar; heat until bubbly. Remove from heat; set aside. Separate dough into 10 biscuits. Place each biscuit in ungreased muffin tin. Press dough to cover bottom and sides of cup in muffin tin. Spoon in hot meat mixture into cups; sprinkle evenly with cheese. Bake at 400 degrees for 10 to 15 minutes or until crust is brown. 10 servings. |
