PECAN GOULASH 
1 lb. ground meat
1 onion, lg., chopped
1 c. pecans, finely chopped
1 clove garlic, crushed
1 box Kraft macaroni & cheese dinner
1 can green chilies, chopped
1 lg. can tomatoes
1 sm. can tomato sauce
1 lg. bell pepper, diced

Saute chopped onions, garlic, bell pepper and pecans in 2 tablespoons cooking oil. Add hamburger and cook until done. Cook macaroni separate until tender, blanch and add 1 tablespoon butter. When hamburger is done add tomatoes, chilies, tomato sauce and precooked macaroni; mix well. Add 1/2 cup water and simmer 5 minutes. Pour in baking dish and add the package of cheese on top and bake in preheated oven at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.

Serves 4-6.
