MEXICAN MEAT LOAF | |
2 lb. hamburger 12 corn tortillas 1 can chicken and rice soup 1 can cream of chicken soup 1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste 1 bottle Old El Paso hot sauce 1 can chopped green chilies 3 c. shredded Colby cheese Brown and drain hamburger. Add other ingredients. Spray 9x13 inch baking dish with Pam. Layer the bottom of the pan with 6 tortillas. Cover tortillas with half of sauce. Layer with remaining 6 tortillas. Completely cover tortillas with remainder of sauce. Bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees. Remove from oven and spread cheese over top. Put back in oven until cheese melts. |
