PINEAPPLE LOAF 
1 c. sugar
1 tbsp. butter or sugar
1 egg, beaten
3 c. graham cracker crumbs
1 lg. can crushed pineapple

Heat butter and sugar until they cream together. Add beaten egg and crushed pineapple and mix well. Add graham cracker crumbs until well blended. Sprinkle bottom of pan with some crumbs and then put in mixture and sprinkle on the top with some more crumbs. Refrigerate. Top with whipped cream when served.
