BAKED GARLIC 
2 lg. heads garlic
1 tsp. olive oil

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Do not remove the paper skin from the garlic. Cut each head of garlic in half horizontally. Drizzle 1/4 teaspoon oil on cut side of each half of garlic. Place halves together and wrap securely in foil. Bake 1 hour, or until soft.

Remove from oven and allow to cool slightly. When cool enough to touch, squeeze the garlic from the skin onto a small plate.
