FLOUR DUMPLINGS 
2 c. flour
4 tbsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1 egg, well beaten
3 tbsp. butter, melted
1/2 c. milk

Sift flour, baking powder and salt together. Quickly stir in blended mixture of beaten eggs, butter and milk. Drop by spoon into vegetable soup or plain boiling water. Cover kettle tightly and cook 20 minutes.
