FRENCH POTATOES 
8 oz. cream cheese
4 c. mashed potatoes
1/2 c. finely chopped onion
2 eggs, beaten
1/4 c. flour
1 can (3 oz.) Durkee onions

Soften cream cheese and whip potatoes. Mix in onion, eggs, flour and seasonings. Pour into greased 2 quart baking dish. Top with Durkee onions. Bake at 300 degrees for 30 minutes.
