STRAWBERRY ANGEL FOOD CAKE 
1 (3 oz.) strawberry gelatin
1 (10 oz.) sliced frozen strawberries
1 tbsp. sugar
1 pinch salt
1/2 of 10 inch angel food cake in pieces
1/2 pt. whipping cream

Dissolve gelatin in 1 1/4 cups boiling water. Stir in strawberries, sugar and salt. Cool until it begins to thicken. Fold in whipped cream. Cover bottom of pan with cake. Pour in 1/2 of mixture. Make another layer of cake and mixture. Refrigerate 4-5 hours.
