COCONUT AND PINEAPPLE PIE 
3 eggs, beaten
1 1/2 c. sugar
3 tbsp. flour
1 c. flaked coconut
1 unbaked pie shell
1/4 c. plus 2 tbsp. butter, melted
1 c. crushed pineapple, drained

Beat eggs until thick and lemon colored. Stir in rest of ingredients and mix well. Pour into unbaked pie shell. Bake in 350 degree oven for about 50 minutes or until done.
