CRANBERRY SALAD 
1 lg. can crushed pineapple
1 can whole berry cranberry sauce
2 (3 oz.) lemon Jello
7 oz. ginger ale
1 c. chopped nuts
8 oz. cream cheese
1 c. sour cream
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. sugar

Drain pineapple, reserving juice and add water to make one cup. Bring to a boil. Add Jello. Stir well. Remove from heat and add ginger ale, cranberry sauce, nuts and pineapple. Chill until set. Mix cream cheese, sour cream, sugar and vanilla. Pour on top and chill.
