MICRO-CHEESECAKE 
1/4 c. butter
1 c. graham cracker crumbs
2 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese
1 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 c. milk
2 tbsp. lemon juice
4 eggs

1. Melt butter in glass pie dish in microwave.

2. Add cracker crumbs and form a crust.

3. In a glass (6 cup or larger) measuring cup soften cream cheese on 50% power.

4. Mix next 5 ingredients and add to cream cheese.

5. Microwave on high power for 7 minutes, stirring every 2 minutes.

6. Pour mixture onto crust and microwave on 50% power for 8 minutes.

7. Cool in refrigerator and add favorite topping.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
