HOT FUDGE SAUCE 
1/2 c. butter
2 c. brown sugar
1 c. light corn syrup
14 oz. can Eagle brand milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tbsp. water
16 oz. pkg. chocolate chips
1 c. whipping cream
Pinch of salt

Put butter, brown sugar, water and syrup in microwave for 5 minutes. Stir half way through. Add Eagle brand milk, stir and mix for 2 more minutes on high, add chocolate chips and stir until melted. Add whipping cream and mix well. Put in small jars and freeze. To use put in microwave for a couple of minutes.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
