RICE PUDDING REVISED 
1 c. Minute Rice, uncooked
6 to 7 eggs
1 tsp. salt
1 can sweetened condensed milk
1 can evaporated milk
1 pint half and half
Vanilla and almond flavoring 1/2 tsp. of each
Nutmeg
Butter

Cook rice until done. Beat eggs until very frothy. Add salt and sweetened condensed milk. Add evaporated milk, cream, flavorings. Butter baking dish. Add the mixture and rice. Dot with butter. Bake one hour (or more) at 325 to 350 degrees. Stir halfway through baking time. Sprinkle with nutmeg.
