4 cups peeled, diced apples
3 cups all purpose flour
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. ground cloves
1 tsp. all spice
2 cups sugar
2 eggs, beaten
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 cup chopped pecans
1 cup raisins
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1 cup oil

Preheat oven to 350°F.

Combine apples and sugar; set aside for 15 minutes. Sift flour, soda, salt, and spices together. Stir in oil, eggs, and Worcestershire sauce. Add apples and sugar all at once. Mix well. Fold in nuts and raisins. Pour into well greased and floured 10 inch tube pan.

Bake for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
