1 box Duncan Hines yellow cake mix
3 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 can Lucky Leaf cherry pie filling
1 c. walnuts

Grease and flour 12" x 18" x 2 1/2" pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until light brown. Cool the cake first.

ICING:

1 (8 oz.) pkg. Philadelphia cream cheese
1/2 c. milk
1/4 c. maraschino cherry juice
1 box vanilla instant pudding

Beat with mixer, then add Cool Whip and about 1 1/2 jars cherries. Then stir with spoon.
