H.'S DANISH LIVER LOAF 
1 lb. pork liver
3/4 lb. pork fat
2 eggs
1 onion, chopped
2 garlic cloves, minced (optional)
2 tbsp. butter
3/4 tsp. pepper
1 tbsp. salt
1/2 tsp. allspice
1/2 tsp. cloves
1 can evaporated milk
In a large bowl, combine all ingredients as you would when making meat loaf. Press into a loaf pan.
Bake in a preheated 350°F oven for 45-50 minutes.
