ALMOND-CELERY CHICKEN 
2 c. cubed chicken
2 c. diced celery
1/2 c. shaved almonds
1 c. mayonnaise
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. grated or instant onion
2 tbsp. lemon juice

Mix and pour into shallow baking dish. Cover with 1 cup grated American cheese and crushed potato chips. Bake at 450 for 10 minutes.
