20 MINUTE CHOCOLATE CAKE 
1 1/2 sticks butter
3 1/2 tbsp. cocoa
1 c. water
2 c. sugar
2 c. self-rising flour
1/2 c. buttermilk or milk & 1 tbsp. vinegar
2 eggs

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Bring to a boil butter, cocoa and water; mix well. Pour over 2 cups sugar and flour. Add eggs and milk. Pour in large greased pan. Cook 20 minutes. Ice while hot with chocolate fudge icing.

CHOCOLATE FUDGE ICING:

1/3 c. milk
3 1/2 tbsp. cocoa
1 stick butter
1 box powdered sugar
1 c. walnuts, optional

Mix milk, cocoa and butter into boiler and bring to a boil. Add powdered sugar and nuts. Pour over 20 minute cake while hot.
