MUFFULETTA 
1/2 c. black green olives
1/2 c. stuffed green olives
1/2 c. mixed marinated vegetables
2/3 c. olive oil
1/2 c. minced parsley
3 tbsp. lemon juice
2 garlic cloves, crushed
1 tsp. oregano
Pepper to taste

Throw pitted olives and vegetables in food processor. Chop. Add everything else except oil and lemon juice. Chop again. Add oil and lemon juice and process. Let stand overnight at room temperature. Delicious on any kind of sandwiches (except peanut butter and jelly).
