40 saltine crackers 1 c. butter (no substitutes) 1 c. brown sugar 1 (6 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips Place a layer of foil in an 11"x16"x1" jelly roll pan. Place crackers on top of foil. In a saucepan, combine butter and brown sugar and bring to a boil. Boil for 3 minutes and then pour over the crackers, bake in oven at 350 degrees for 5 minutes or until the crackers float. Remove from the oven and sprinkle chocolate chips on top. When chips have melted spread chocolate out. |
