ORIENTAL MARINADE 
1 c. Holland House sherry cooking wine
1 c. pineapple juice
1/3 c. soy sauce
1 tbsp. sugar
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. ground ginger

Combine all ingredients together in a jar with lid. Shake until all ingredients are thoroughly mixed. In large dish, place pork, chicken or beef, and pour marinade over meat. Allow to marinate for 15 to 30 minutes before baking or grilling.
