MOLDED WALDORF SALAD 
1 (3 oz.) lime Jello
1 c. boiling water
1/2 c. cold water
1 1/2 c. diced apples (with skin)
1/4 c. chopped celery
1 c. miniature marshmallows
1/4 c. mayonnaise
3/4 c. prepared whipped topping
1/4 c. chopped pecans

Dissolve Jello in boiling water. Add cold water and chill until slightly thick. Combine apples, celery, pecans, marshmallows and mayonnaise and fold into Jello. Fold in whipped topping. Pour into mold and chill until firm.
