BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
2 pkg. chopped broccoli, slightly cooked or 4 stalks
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 egg, slightly beaten
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 sm. onion, chopped
1 c. grated cheddar cheese
1/2 pkg. Pepperidge Farm herb stuffing
1/4 c. melted butter

Combine first 6 ingredients and place in 2 quart casserole. Top with stuffing tossed with melted butter. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Serves 6 to 8.
