CHOP SUEY CAKE 
2 c. flour
2 c. sugar
2 eggs
2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. nuts
2 oz. can crushed pineapple, undrained

Mix all together well. Bake in a 9 x 13 inch pan at 350 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes. While cake is still hot frost with the following.

FROSTING:

8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
1 cube butter
2 c. powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
2 tsp. milk

Cream cheese and butter together. Blend in rest of ingredients. Use on hot cake.
