APPLE TAFFY CAKE 
1 pkg. Betty Crocker moist yellow cake mix
1 1/3 c. water
1/3 c. butter, softened
4 eggs
3/4 c. graham cracker crumbs
1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
2 1/2 c. pared, chopped apples
Brown sugar

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Mix first 6 ingredients. Beat on low for 30 seconds, scraping bowl often. Beat on MEDIUM for 2 minutes, scraping bowl often. Fold in chopped apples. Pour into greased 9 x 13 inch pan. Sprinkle evenly with brown sugar. Bake until cake pulls away from sides of pan and toothpick comes out clean. Cool completely. Can serve plain with ice cream or Cool Whip.
