JELLO MOLD 
3 boxes Jello (1 lemon, 2 of any other flavors - colors are important)
1 pkg. Knox gelatin
1 sm. can crushed pineapple in its own juice
1 banana; optional
1/2 pt. sour cream
Sm. can walnuts
1 c. boiling water

Day before - in metal ice cube trays, make 2 flavors of Jello. Refrigerate. In blender mix package of Knox gelatin, lemon Jello and boiling water. Blend. Add crushed pineapple, sour cream, and walnuts. Blend. Pour into oiled Jello mold.

Cube Jello in ice cube trays and spoon into mold. Add sliced banana if desired. Place in refrigerate to harden, about 2 hours. Unmold by dipping in very hot water and inverting.
