1/2 c. ketchup
1/2 c. strong coffee (1 rounded tsp. to 1/2 c. hot water)
1/2 tsp. salt and dash pepper
1/4 c. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 c. sugar
2 tbsp. vinegar

Mix well and pour over meat. Especially good on spare ribs and chicken.
