OVEN LEMON CHICKEN 
2 lbs. chicken parts with skin on
3/4 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. paprika
1/3 c. melted butter
1/4 c. lemon juice
1 tbsp. olive oil
2 tbsp. chopped onion
1 clove garlic, minced
1/2 tsp. each; pepper, thyme
1 chicken bouillon cube dissolved in 3/4 c. warm water

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Melt butter in large flat dish. Mix flour, salt and paprika. Coat chicken in flour mixture, then coat with butter. Place skin side down in baking dish. Bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes. Mix remaining ingredients together to make sauce. Turn chicken over and pour sauce on top. Bake 30 minutes more or until browned. Skim fat off sauce and pour sauce back over chicken.
