LEMON FLUFF 
Vanilla wafers
1 pkg. lemon Jello (regular size)
1 1/2 c. boiling water
1 can evaporated milk (very cold)
1 c. sugar
1 lemon

Mix Jello and boiling water. When cool, add sugar, juice and rind of lemon. When nearly set, whip evaporated milk, add to Jello mixture and whip whole thing. Grease 9"x13" pan and place layer of crushed vanilla wafers on bottom. Pour in Jello mixture. Sprinkle more crushed vanilla wafers on top. Chill until firm. Serves 10.
