"ZUCCHINI CASSEROLE" | |
1 med. zucchini 1 lb. ground beef 1 med. onion, diced 1 (8 oz.) can spaghetti sauce Salt Oregano Mozzarella cheese Parmesan cheese Cut zucchini into 3/4-inch slices. Dip in flour and brown lightly in butter. Remove from skillet. Brown ground beef and onion. Add spaghetti sauce, salt and oregano, if desired. Layer zucchini, meat mixture and slices of mozzarella cheese in baking dish. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 45 minutes. |
