MONKEY BREAD - BEST EVER
24 Frozen Rhodes Rolls (dinner rolls)
1 cup brown sugar
1 box butterscotch cook & serve dry pudding mix not instant
1/4 cup sugar
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 c. (1 stick) butter
pecans or walnuts, chopped, optional

Right before going to bed, or 10 pm, sprinkle pecans or walnuts into a greased Bundt pan, (I use Pam cooking spray), then put 24 frozen Rhodes Rolls into pan. Mix brown sugar and dry pudding mix together and sprinkle over frozen rolls. Mix sugar and cinnamon and sprinkle on top of that.

Melt butter and slowly pour over rolls in Bundt pan, trying to cover all of the sugar. Leave on counter overnight and when you get up, the rolls should have risen nicely and you will put Bundt pan on a cookie sheet in a preheated 350°F oven and bake for 30 minutes.

Remove from oven and pour rolls upside down onto a large platter. Serve warm.

These are extremely easy to make and very delicious. And your house will smell wonderful... These are a family favorite.

Oh my are these awesome! I will never make cinnamon rolls again, this is it for me. I have had so many compliments & people are crazy for them. The only thing that I do differently is I only put 19 of the frozen rolls in my pan. 24 were way too many & puffed up too much over the top. If you have ever had Mr. Sticky's sticky buns, this tastes just like them! Oh, also we found that slicing it was better then trying to pull pieces off.

I make this for a EMS crew at our business on Thursdays every month. It turns out so good with the Rhodes rolls. This time I cut each of the 24 rolls in fourths while still a little frozen. I put all the dry ingredients in a zip top gallon bag & used 2 sticks of butter melted in a bowl. I added 6 or 7 rolls to the butter, then into the dry mixture, and shook them up. I sprinkled pecans between the layers, and poured the leftover butter over the top, it made enough for 1 Bundt pan and a 8-inch square pan. It was devoured!
